There was a keynote speaker talking about gaming and literacy yesterday.  He is really famous.  Almost everyone majoring in socioculture literacy and computer games knows him.  He was at UW-Madison just before my coming, so it's really a pity that I can't have his class at UW-Madison.  He transferred to Arizona State university two years ago. 

His speech was good. He kept saying that the world is complicated.  There is no model that people can follow and there is no standardized answer to every question.  What teachers need to do is to help students find their interests and passion to move on.  I agree with his idea.  I think I find my interests in doing instructional design and decide to move on in this field.  I never thought about this before.  I really enjoy my life a lot now, though I have some problems in taking the difficult philosophical class. 

Hope that I can catch up with my own thesis stuff as soon as possible.  In such a complicated world, doing something I am interested in is really exciting!!

Hope everyone can have their dream come true.  Now I am going to pursue my dream-- visiting the Disney World!!! :)
